We proudly offer shipping to our customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Order Processing Please allow 48 hours (1–2 business days) after completing your payment for our team to process and prepare your order.

Order Cancellations Need to cancel your order? No problem—just email us at support@ilgleam.com as soon as possible using the same email address you used at checkout.

We ship most orders quickly so you can start experiencing your new Gleam products right away. Because of this fast turnaround, there is only a small window to cancel before your order is dispatched.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will issue a full refund immediately.

If it has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but we are always happy to work with you. Once it arrives, you will simply need to follow our standard Return Policy.
